Outline of Research at the Start

慢性的な保育者不足に対し、離職保育者の復職支援法を研究する。
そのために、保育復職に特化した保育士・保育所支援センターと連携し、離職保育者の多様なニーズに対応する仕組みを構築する。さらに、保育分野にAIを活用したこれまでの研究を生かし、離職者と保育現場をつなぐ『保育復職を一緒に考える広場.Web』開設の研究にアプローチする。
これまでは、1）離職者と2)支援センターをつなぐ『保育復職支援アプリケーション』(基盤C：2021～2023)の実用化を果たした。今回の研究は、この発展先として3)保育現場の実情を組み入れ、三者が情報交換可能な仕組みとし、復職支援の効果を高めるための研究とする。
