Outline of Research at the Start

保育において「保育の質」は、枕詞のように多用されている。このような言説に対して、質の高い－低いという視点のみで保育を語るのではなく、倫理的実践として保育実践における保育者の価値観生成が重要である。申請者のこれまでの研究を踏まえて、さらに園内研修から保育実践への肯定的循環をもたらすことが肝要である。そのために保育者の実感を促し保育への肯定的循環を生み出す「物語的保育論」という新しいアプローチを構築する。物語的保育論に基づいた園内研修・園外研修を実施し、その中での保育者の語りを分析、またインタビュー調査を行うことで、園内・園外研修から、保育への肯定的循環を生み出すプロセスを明らかにする。
