Outline of Research at the Start

現在我が国では、幼稚園や保育所、認定こども園等の保育者に対して、都道府県等教育センターや市町村教育委員会、諸関係団体等により研修が行われている。その一方、研修の機会が少なさや育成指標の策定状況等の課題が顕在化している。
そこで本研究の目的を、「保育者の育成指標に示された資質能力の向上における「学び続ける保育者像」の確立のために、保育者の主体性に基づいたOJTとOff-JT、SDを統合した研修プログラムを開発する。」とした。そのために、研修の実施状況の把握とともに、これまでOff-JTやOJTが中心の研修に対して、日々の実践が結びつくような研修プログラムの構築により、保育の質向上を図る。
