Outline of Research at the Start

現在日本は、里親委託率向上に伴い、里親不調による措置変更が増加傾向にある。本研究では、里親支援を通して里子を支援するという道筋だけでは、最早充分ではないと考え、里子に直接届く支援の在り方を検討する。保育者や教員も子どもに直接支援を届けることのできる重要な存在であるので、保育、教育の分野とも協働して、里子支援の視点に立ったチーム養育モデルの構築を行い、里親不調を乗り越える方途を探る。そのベースには、「子どもは養育者以外の複数の重要な他者とのそれぞれの関係から個別の発達的要素を獲得できる」というアタッチメント理論を置き、こどもまんなか社会の実現に貢献できる研究を目指す。
