Outline of Research at the Start

合理的配慮は、障害児の差別や排除を除去する措置でありながらも、過度な負担がない範囲で提供されるという免責規定を設けているため、提供する側の解釈や姿勢によってその内容と範囲は合法的に制約されかねない。とりわけ幼児期は合理的配慮を社会的諸制度や文化、人間関係、情緒的交流などの環境をコントロールして活動制限・参加制約を軽減・除去する発達保障の措置として捉えるべきであると考える。本研究は、保育・療育における発達支援体系としての合理的配慮の実践モデルを開発し、日韓の保育・療育現場における合理的配慮の実践で有効に活用され、すべての幼児のwell-beingと多様性を尊重する社会の実現を目指すものである。
