Outline of Research at the Start	自閉スペクトラム症児では定型発達児と比較して睡眠障害を高頻度で認め、家庭生活、療育や支援の困難性が生じる。本研究では、家族、支援者がイメージしやすい「運動機能へのアプローチからの睡眠障害への介入」の可能性を探るために、MABC-2で評価した協調運動機能とアクチグラフを用いた夜間睡眠動態との関連性を検証する。協調運動機能への介入として、MABC-2の「手指の巧緻性」、「Aiming & Catching」、「バランス」に関する家庭でできる運動プログラムを作成実施することで夜間睡眠動態が改善するかを検証する。協調運動への介入による睡眠障害の改善の可能性を明らかにすることにより、ASDに対する早期介入方法の確立を目指す。
