Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、1950年代の神戸大学・徳島大学・お茶の水女子大学・奈良女子大学の各附属幼稚園において作成されたカリキュラムや週案・日案、研究資料、実践記録等を収集・精査し、各幼稚園におけるカリキュラム改革の具体相とそこで形成されていった保育者の専門的力量の関係性について縦断的に検討する。取り上げた４つの幼稚園の比較検討を行った上で、最終的には、(1)戦後日本の幼稚園において、カリキュラムはいかに発展を遂げたのか、(2)カリキュラム改革の過程で、保育者にどのような力量が必要とされ、それがいかに形成されていったのかをを明らかにし、今日の保育へと応用していくための知見を提示する。
