| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では，養護教諭がヤングケアラーを早期に発見し，適切に対応することで子どもの発育発達や守られるべき権利が保障されるようなシステムを提言することである。子どもの権利が保障されるシステムを構築することにより，ヤングケアラーの早期発見と対応に貢献できる。加えて社会問題になっている児童虐待の予防にも寄与できる。特に，発育発達の著しい時期であることと深刻化する前の予防的観点から，学童期に焦点を当て，小学校の養護教諭のヤングケアラー対応の実態を把握する。そのうえで，事例検討会を開催し，その意見をふまえて，ヤングケアラーへの対応方法や子どもたちへの啓発，地域社会との連携方法を含めたシステムを提案する。
