Outline of Research at the Start

沖縄における父親の食改善を図る目的で保育所幼児を介した食育プログラムの開発を行う。その有効性を、1)保育所幼児と保護者を対象に、栄養知識と栄養摂取の関連について縦断調査、2) 保育所幼児・父親と家庭向けの食育プログラムを用いた層別無作為割付比較試験による検証を行う。
