Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、外部研修と実践の往還を繰り返すなかで、各園の保育の質を向上させていく園組織や風土形成と、地域の保育の質向上を支える人材育成及び地域全体の風土形成が連動・循環する可能性に着目し、横浜市における「往還型研修」の受講者が、地域の保育の質向上を支えていく伴走者（「Ｙサポ」）として、地域の園の実践の質向上を担っていく過程と仕組みに焦点を当て、保育の質向上を支える持続可能な研修体制モデルを構築することを目指す。
