Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、幼児の保護者を対象とした「待つ力」を高めることによる育児効力感向上プログラムの検証にある。変化の激しい社会に適応し、生涯にわたりウェルビーイングを向上させるため、人生早期の教育が注目されている。そこで、家庭における保護者の関わりの一つとして我が子を待つことに焦点を当て、1)保育参観、2)気付きの分かち合い、3)行動目標の設定、4)家庭での実践と振り返り、からなるプログラムを実践する。この効果を、育児で直面する状況に臨機応変に対応できる確信の程度である育児効力感の尺度を用いて検討する。成果と課題から改善を図り、保護者が無理なく手軽に取り組めるプログラムとして社会に発信する。
