Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は従来の保育カウンセラーの強みであった子ども理解や子育て支援に加えて、保育者を労働者として捉えて、職場環境に働きかけるEAP的なアプローチを加えた保育コンサルタントカウンセラー（以下、保育CC）が保育現場の中で保育者や組織にどのような影響を及ぼすかを検証する研究である。同時に保育CCの養成にはどのような内容が必要であるかを検討し、応用心理療法アプローチであるワークディスカッション法を活用することで、その有効性を探求する。ワークディスカッションの質的分析により、想像可能な具体例の提示と確固たるエビデンスが得られ、他地域や国際的に波及することが期待できる。
