Outline of Research at the Start	心身の発達基盤が形成される幼児期の子育て支援には、多様化するニーズへの対応や子育て困難家庭への対応が求められています。日常の保育で行われている子どもの健康状態、発達段階、対人反応や遊ぶ姿の観察や関わり、それを親子と共有していくことは子育て支援そのものです。申請者は子どものこころの診療に取り組む中で、保育が親子のセーフティネットであり、支援の最前線であることの強みと難しさを経験し、本研究に着想しました。本研究では子どもの成長発達の視点を用いて、家族機能、対人反応・行動に注目した多軸評価を策定します。支援者らが子どもの状態像と必要な支援を共通理解することで、人材育成や連携モデルの構築を進めます。
