Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、児童生徒の心理的安全性を向上・維持させるための研修プログラムの開発とその検証である。本研究の独自性は、行動分析学を活用して心理的安全性を明らかにし、学級経営の改善法を提案する点にあり、創造性は、理論と実践の往還を通じて具体的な方法を確立し普及を目指す点にある。研究内容は、心理的安全性の評価基準開発、教師スキルの抽出、研修プログラム開発、実践的提案、及びその普及活動である。
