Outline of Research at the Start

現在、人口減少と少子化の影響を受け、学校統廃合を中心とする規模とコストの論理に基づく高校再編計画が遂行されている。そのもとで展開される各校単位の高校魅力化には可能性とリスクが内在するが、双方を視野に入れた学術的検討は十分になされてきていない。
本研究課題では、教育行政学、教育経営学、カリキュラム研究の視座から、学際的かつ総合的に今後の高校教育における魅力化のあり方を探求し、今後さらに進行する人口減少社会において、従来の「拡大」「多様化」路線から「縮充」路線へとパラダイム転換を図っていくための論点と解決すべき課題を体系化する。
