Outline of Research at the Start	現代及び未来のコミュニケーション場面で「ことばの多様性を尊重し、互いの言語のちがいを橋渡しできる言語能力（＝「言語調整能力」）」が必要である。そこで本研究では、児童生徒の「言語調整能力」の実態調査・分析を行うこと、さらにその結果に基づき、「言語調整能力」を育成するための小中連携カリキュラムと学習材の開発及び効果検証を行うことを目的とする。本研究は、これまで日本語教育の分野を中心に用いられてきた①「言語調整能力」を多様化社会の国語科の重要概念として位置づける点、②小中学校にて複数年の研究を行うことで、同一の学習者の言語調整能力の発達について追跡的な実証研究を行うことに独自性がある。
