Outline of Research at the Start

本研究が目指すのは「やりがいのある仕事を長く続ける」ことを支援する教師教育であり，解決策の提示ではなく，答えのない事態に教師が持ちこたえる力の育成が重要であると考える。そのための方策として，教職大学院の「生徒指導・教育相談に関する領域」に，事例検討法の一つであるワーク・ディスカッションを導入し，多様な視点からの子ども理解力，協働への親和性，感情労働への耐性という観点から効果検証を行う。さらに，ワーク・ディスカッション参加者の内的体験を明らかにする。そして，教職大学院におけるワーク・ディスカッションモデルを構築し，教員研修プログラムとしての展開を試みる。
