Outline of Research at the Start	申請者の立場は、hedonicアプローチの主観的well-being研究である。主観的well-being研究の先行研究においては自己の気分（mood）や情動（emotions）を自己の感情的な状態と捉えるが、本研究は、音楽そのものが表す気分（mood）と、自己の感性や情動（emotion）を峻別して構成概念とする。この構成概念に基づいて、合唱におけるwell-beingの構造やその質を測定できる新たな尺度を開発することで、合唱がwell-being向上に与える効果を明確にできる可能性がある。本研究の成果により、合唱に留まらないwell-being研究への波及効果が期待できる。
