Outline of Research at the Start	不登校の児童生徒数は増加の一途をたどり，学校での予防的支援の充実が求められており，特に教員には，子どもの不登校の予兆に適切に気づく力の獲得が求められている。しかし，そうした力の獲得のためには，多忙を極める教員が容易に利用でき，かつ効果が期待できる研修プログラムが求められる。そこで本研究は，以下の研究目標を立て実施する。 ① 教員が気づきにくい不登校の予兆は何か，予兆に気づきにくい教師の特徴は何かを特定する。 ② ①を踏まえ，教員が不登校の予兆に気付くことに資する「教員研修用コンテンツ」を開発する。 ③ 「教員研修用コンテンツ」の効果を検証し，学校で活用可能なプログラムパッケージとして公開する。
