Outline of Research at the Start

教員養成大学にはかねてより実践的指導力の養成が求められてきたが、インターンシップやボランティアなどの学校体験活動だけでは不十分である。鍵は、学生が自ら観察した教育的事象についての気づきを言語化し、体験した事例を相対化することにより、教職についての学びへと昇華させる行為である。とりわけ、「授業の何に着目し、教師と学習者のやりとりをどのように解釈するのか」という、授業を「みる」行為への自覚化は、教師としての実践的指導力の獲得につながる。本研究では、学生が複数の学校の授業研究へ参加する活動を通して教師としての力量を形成する過程を質的調査により解明し、私立大学型の教員養成プログラムとして具現化する。
