Outline of Research at the Start	学習指導要領の平成29・30年改訂を契機として，保健ではおよそ60年ぶりに教科で「技能」指導が再開されている。従来の保健科教育史研究では，教科の成立過程や制度面に焦点が充てられてきた。本研究では，戦後の保健科における技能指導はどのような考え方に基づいて進められ，かつ，その一方で何が批判されていたのか，当時の言説をもとに検討する。これにより，教科として保健で技能の指導を行うことの教育的意義について理論的に明らかにする。教科としての保健における技能指導の理論的基盤の形成に貢献するために，「できる」を実現する保健科の本質論を展開するものである。
