Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、「中高生の法意識調査」、「中・高一貫」、「公民科と地理歴史科」、「民事法と刑事法」に着目して法教育カリキュラムを構築する。
中・高生の法意識調査に着目する理由は、これまで中・高生の法意識に着目した研究はなかったためである。中学校から系統的に、かつ民事法と刑事法を取り扱い、更に公民科のみならず地理歴史科でも授業を開発しカリキュラムを構築することで、生徒の意識の変容がみられるはずである。ここに本研究の学術的独自性がある。
また、中・高一貫の法教育カリキュラム構築のみならず、中・高等学校交渉コンペティションを実施することも本研究の特徴の一つである。
