Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、「参照力」を汎用的な言語能力として理論的に定位し、実践研究を通して参照力育成のためのカリキュラム開発を目指すものである。ここでの参照力とは、「他者の言説や情報を活用しながら考えを形成し表現する力」として定義する。申請者はこれまで、情報化された言語環境において学習者が主体的に読み書きしていくための力として参照力を位置づけ、小中学校において実践研究を行ってきた。具体的な研究方法としては次の３点を構想している。①「参照力」という汎用的な言語能力を提案し、諸学問領域から理論的基盤を構築する。その上で、②実践研究を行い参照力の教育的意義を検証する。③カリキュラムを開発し小中学校で試行する。
