Outline of Research at the Start

世界的に非認知能力を育む保育・教育が求められる傾向にあるが、遊びや学習活動において出現する非認知能力の具体的な様相、非認知能力が発揮されやすい状況や指導法の検証は未だ不十分である。そこで、保育・教育施設等で広く活用されている木製遊具「KAPLA(R)ブロック（以後カプラと称する）」の活動を例にとり、活動中に発揮される非認知能力の具体的な様相について、乳児から成人にわたる幅広い年齢層を対象とした横断的な調査を行う。そして、各年代において発揮される非認知能力の様相の類似点と相違点、非認知能力の発揮に有効な保育者・教職員の関わり方や指導法、活用事例を明らかにし、保育・教育現場へフィードバックする。
