Outline of Research at the Start	学習指導要領が求めている「主体的・対話的で深い学び」について、とりわけ対話的な学びにおいてはファシリテーションの活用が有効である。本研究では、小・中・高等学校でのファシリテーションを活用した授業において、それが対話的な学びをどのように促進しているかを分析して児童生徒の発達段階に照らした活用法と効果を検証するとともに、そこでの授業者の支援技術を抽出してファシリテーターとしての授業技量の指針となるリストを開発する。本研究の成果によって、授業における「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の充実と、それを担う教員のファシリテーターとしての授業技量の向上に具体的に貢献することが期待される。
