Outline of Research at the Start

教師による＜上から下への一方的な指導＞の限界をめぐって、世界の教育界で注目される＜ピア・エデュケーション＞。しかしその研究動向は、主に深刻な依存症対策や「性教育」分野に偏り、「生活習慣と健康」分野で大きな位置を占める「栄養教育」の実践研究は極めて少ない。
そこで本研究では、筆者が18年にわたり蓄積してきた＜ピア・エデュケーション＞の研究実践データをもとに、これまでの研究方法では極めて手薄であった（教育学の中でも最も授業実践に視点を置き、その方法と理論化をめざした授業研究分野といわれる）「教授学・教材論的視点」から、学校栄養教育におけるピア・エデュケーションの豊かな可能性とその課題を考察する。
