Outline of Research at the Start	教育実習は，教師の基礎的な資質能力を育成する重要な時期である。また，教科の本質に照らして解釈しリフレクションする力は自律的に学ぶ教師を支える基盤と考えられる。このようなリフレクションへの支援については，教育実習での体育授業実践では実証されておらず，指導教員は自身の経験等に頼り指導を行っている。リフレクションする力を育成するために支援に対する課題となろう。この課題に対して，本研究では，教育実習の体育授業実践における本質的な諸相への気づきを促すリフレクションに対する支援の在り方を解明し，ガイドラインを開発・実証する。本研究の成果は，教育実習でのリフレクション指導に示唆を与えることが期待される。
