Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、通常の学級に在籍するすべての学習者に必要な「ことば」の育ちや学びのあり方を検証し、インクルーシブな国語科教育の理論と実践の構築に向けて、小中学校の国語科教育のカリキュラムを開発することを目的とする。カリキュラムの開発に向けて、①現行の小中学校の国語科カリキュラムをめぐる目標論・学力論をインクルージョンの観点から批判的に検証すること、②2024年・2025年に改訂される小中学校の国語教科書をインクルージョンの観点から分析・検証すること、の２点を軸に進める。本研究の最終年度には、小中学校におけるインクルーシブな国語科教育を実現するためのカリキュラムの原理を示す。
