Outline of Research at the Start

学生の多様性増加の中、大学教育について包摂的な取り組みの必要性が世界的に高まっており、様々な実践が行われている。しかしながら、日本ではその取り組みがいまだ遅れているという現状がある。そこで本研究は、日本における多様な学生のニーズを満たすための教育方法を探求し、その教育方法を支える大学教員の認識を明らかにすることで、大学教員の包摂的教育実践が、高等教育の質保証に資するための課題を検討しモデルを構築する。高等教育における平等で包摂的な教育のための教員の取り組みと認識は、学生ひいては社会のウェルビーイングや繁栄にきわめて重要な役割を担っている。本研究の成果は、日本における高等教育の質保証に貢献する。
