Outline of Research at the Start

大学内資源配分の根拠として学問の論理は，近年重視される経営の論理に対してどの程度の力強さを持つのか．この問いを中核に，教員ポストの配分決定に際し拠り所となる諸論理を明らかにし，調整の見通しを与える原則を探ることが本研究の目的である．
そこで，第1に日本の大学における教員ポスト配分決定に至る学内の流れを明らかにする．第2に上記過程および選考過程でどのような論理が登場し，どのように扱われる傾向にあるかを明らかにする．そのための研究方法として，聞き取り調査と質問紙調査を実施する．
