Outline of Research at the Start

医学教育は国内外の医学・医療の急激な変化への対応を余儀なくされ、これは学生、教職員の負担増にもつながっている。全国大学医学部で留年・休学・退学等に至る学生数は毎年3千人以上と高止まりしている。対応する教職員の負担も増大する一方で、現状では有効な対策はない。本研究では、教学IRに基づく成績等量的データと、当事者対象のインタビュー・アンケートなどを解析して得られたキーワード・キーフレーズ等の分析結果とをもとに、リスクファクター及びその関与度を推定、これに基づきリスクスケールを開発する。このスケールを用いて学生への適切な介入時期を推定、ハイリスク群の学生に介入し、教育アウトカムを検証する。
