Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、市民外交、文化外交、知識外交、広報文化外交において、国際高等教育交流が展開されていることを踏まえ、実際におこなわれている活動、成果、課題について分析することを目的とする。第一に、外交と高等教育交流の関係に関する文献をレビューし、これまで蓄積されてきた知見を得る。第二に、実際に外交と高等教育交流に関わる取り組みをおこなっている専門機関・団体等に対してヒアリング調査をする。第三に、文献調査とヒアリング調査で得られた知見をもとに、外交と高等教育交流の枠組みについて分析する。
