| Outline of Research at the Start |
高等教育の質保証という観点から、学生の成長や学習成果の設定と測定が重要視されているものの、主な対象は正課教育にとどまっているのが現状である。本研究は、アカデミック・アドバイジングに焦点を当て、正課・正課外教育に関わる学習成果について実証的に研究する。近年日本でも導入されているアカデミック・アドバイジングは、正課・正課外教育に関わる個々の学生のニーズ・課題に応じたきめ細やかな支援であり、質保証の一翼を担っている。本研究は、アカデミック・アドバイジングによる学習成果の設定、評価、活用について実証的に研究することで、質保証のための学習成果基準の設定や活用方法を提案する。
