Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、ビジネス領域に焦点をあて、中長期的なキャリア段階でのホワイトカラー管理職の分野横断的なコンピテンシー（「応用的・統合的経験」）とそこに関わる学修成果との中長期的な対応関係を解明することである。
調査方法としては、管理職への中長期的なキャリアのナラティブを探るインタビュー調査、webアンケート調査を実施・分析し、その結果を踏まえ教育プログラムとの関連性を探り、コンピテンシー獲得状況と教育プログラムとの長いスパンで浮かび上がるレリバンスを明らかにする。
