Outline of Research at the Start

教員が自らの教育活動の教育改善や可視化を目的として活動を振り返るツールであるTPやAPが、日本の高等教育において広まりつつある。質の高いTP/APを作成するには、メンターの助言が必須であるが、メンターの認証制度やトレーニングプログラムが存在しない。そこで本研究では、(1)メンタートレーニングプログラムに必要な要素を精査し、(2)メンタートレーニングプログラムに必要な教材を作成し、(3)実際にメンタートレーニングプログラムを実行・評価する。これらの目的を達成することによってTP/APのメンターの質が保証され、TP/APWSの開催へのハードルが下がり、高等教育の質保証につながることを目指す。
