Outline of Research at the Start

高等教育機会の格差是正は、多くの国々で重要な教育政策課題のひとつである。英国では、高等教育機会の格差是正のために社会経済的弱者を対象とした「高等教育進学機会・参加計画」政策がとられている。この政策に基づき、各高等教育機関は高等教育進学支援・促進のための「学生ライフサイクルアプローチ」を実施している。すなわち、アウトリーチプログラムの提供から在学中、卒業・就職に至るまでの支援である。本研究では、この「学生ライフサイクルアプローチ」の成果・意義・課題を政策分析と実態分析により明らかにする。
