Outline of Research at the Start	学校規模ポジティブ行動支援（SWPBS）は、児童生徒の記録を共有するシステムを校内に構築し、一貫した支援を目指す。システム運営の鍵は、他の教員の理解や賛同を広げる推進リーダーにある。ところが、推進リーダーの育成には外部専門家へのノウハウ依存、費用負担がのしかかる。そこで本研究は、市町村が自律的に推進リーダーを育成できる研修システム構築を目的とした。研究1では、研修マニュアルや動画を用いて実施回数・内容を絞った研修システムを構築する。研究2では、推進リーダーに必要なスキルの維持を促す手立てを研修システムに加える。2つの研究により、一貫した支援を目指す学校を支える地域の体制構築に寄与する。
