Outline of Research at the Start

社会の活力には多様性の包摂が欠かせない。しかし、多様性を抱える集団には、軋轢や格差から分断される傾向もまた存在する。
本研究は、社会的弱者への支援への賛意について、メリトクラティックな価値観およびシステム正当化理論、選択的道徳不活性化理論、スティグマ理論に基づき、所得などの経済指標と合わせた実証研究を行うことで、文化的価値観や経済的状況に関わらず受け入れられる「多様な他者と共存する」方策を検討する。また、ソーシャルペダゴジーの理論を基に、合理的配慮などの社会的弱者の支援を受容し、異質な他者との共存が社会に不可欠の課題であるという理解を促進するための教育プログラムを作成し、その効果検証を行う。
