Outline of Research at the Start

多層指導モデル（Multilayer Instruction Model）を地域ワイドで実装する自治体が増える中，地域内における取組の温度差や継続の難しさなどの課題が浮上している。本研究では，MIMを実装している地域の類型化を行い，地域に応じた施策の進め方，MIMの実践による効果や施策の継続性を高める上での要因を整理する。具体には，既にMIMを実装している地域によるコンソーシアムを構築し，定常的に地域間での情報交換が可能な環境を整え，各地域の特性や実践の状況のモニターする。さらには，MIMサミットを開催し，設定したテーマに関する協議を行う中で，参加地域の語りを通じた内容の分析を行う。
