Outline of Research at the Start	加齢に伴う筋肉の減少は、寝たきり高齢者の増加、ひいては医療費・介護費の高騰につながる。しかし我が国では、予算が限られる、集合型教室のためプログラムが画一的、開催頻度も週1回、自宅ではなかなか実施しない、専門家の数も限られている。また高齢者も体力、疾病の状況、老老介護など抱える課題、くわえて興味も千差万別であり、各人の状況・興味に応じた自宅で実施できる個別最適化プログラムが求められている。本研究では、ARCS動機付けモデルを援用した個人の興味、生活・健康データ、体力、運動習慣、治療記録を踏まえた個別最適化した介入プログラムの作成、それらを遠隔でタブレットに配信するシステムを開発する。
