Outline of Research at the Start

新卒採用者の早期離職は，我が国の大きな問題の1つである。採用活動は企業側，採用される学生側の双方にとって大きなコストがかかるものであり，職務に求められるスキルと採用学生の間のより適切なマッチングを検討することは重要である。そこで本研究では，新卒採用の早期離職者や，早期離職の検討者に焦点を当て，対象者がどのようなスキルを求めているのかを明らかにすることで，離職者，早期離職検討者に効果的なリスキリングを促進するキャリア支援プログラムの開発を目標とする。
