Outline of Research at the Start

授業の映像記録は多くは観察者である第三者の視点のビデオカメラで行われてきたが、これに加え教師自身の一人称視点の映像を活用する。
教師にとって「主観的な」映像と注視点（実際に見ている箇所）を視聴しながら、授業の振り返りを語ってもらうことで、より深い内省を引き出し、得られた省察を精査分析し知見とし、教育実習生や初任教師に学習コンテンツとして提示することで、彼ら自身の主体的で・対話的な学びを喚起し授業実践能力の育成につなげたい。その効果的な手法について検討を行い、教職課程カリキュラムの開発や現職研修プログラムの作成を図る。
