Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、カリキュラム・マネジメントを実践するだけではなく、その継続・発展を実現する上で、ミドルリーダーがいかなる役割を果たしているのかという点を明らかにすることを目的とするものである。具体的には、カリキュラム・マネジメントの継続・発展を実現している複数の地域の小・中学校のミドルリーダーを対象としたインタビュー調査等を行い、そこで彼らが果たす役割を明らかにし、モデル化する。ミドルリーダーが果たす役割がモデル化されることで、カリキュラム・マネジメントの継続・発展の実現およびそのための教師教育にも知見が還元されうるという点で教育実践の改善を志向する教育工学研究への貢献となることが予想される。
