Outline of Research at the Start	組織的な教育改善には、教科内容の専門家 (SME)だけでなく、教育設計の専門家(IDer)の関与が必要である。一方で、SMEは自身の教育を変える必要性を感じていないため、IDerが自身の教育改善に関わることを煩わしく思うことが多い。そこで、本研究では、現場教員の感情に配慮しながら、教育を変革へと導く手法を体系化したCBAMに着目し、IDerが SMEと協力して教育改善を行うための関係構築を支援するツールの開発を行う。具体的には、IDerとSMEとが恊働する際に生じる課題を調査した上で、CBAMに基づいてIDerがその課題を解決するために活用できるオンラインツールを開発する。
