Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，大学生にとって重要な就職時のオンライン採用面接に着目し，学生のための面接スキルトレーニング・プログラムを開発することを目的とする．開発にあたっては，志願者の表出する言語 / 非言語情報がどのような重みづけで影響し合って良い評価につながるのかを明らかにし，人事採用担当者による選抜基準を用いて，言語/ 非言語情報のそれぞれを効果的に表出するためのトレーニング・プログラムの開発を目指す．
