Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、全ての児童生徒が学習することができる環境を構築する理論である学びのユニバーサルデザイン(UDL)を実践できる教員を育成するための研修方法、並びに育成のプログラムを作成し効果を検証することも目的としている。本研究の実施により、より多くの教員が個別最適・協働的な学習を可能とする学習環境デザインができるようになり、自分の学びを自分で舵取れる学習者を育てられるようになることが期待される。
