| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は授業リフレクション研究の「対話」に着目し、リフレクションの深化に寄与する対話の実態を解明することを目的とする。授業者と対話者との相互作用、特に対話者の在り方や働きかけを明らかにする。対話リフレクションの事例を収集し対話成立の観点に照らして分類と解明を試み、さらに授業者と対話者双方に対話リフレクションをふり返って内省を語ってもらう。その言説をコード化し意味内容を生成することで、対話リフレクションモデルの構築につなげる。その成果は、校内授業研究会における協議の持ち方、若手教員の授業研究の際のメンターとしての熟達教員の向き合い方等に示唆を与えることが期待できる。
