Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，異分野融合型人材の輩出に繋がる，小・中学校と大学の接続により学校を「わからない」が肯定的に捉えられる環境とする枠組みを提案する．
イノベーションは異分野の融合で起こせるとされ，それを実現できる自身の専門性に加えて異分野への理解を有する「異分野融合型人材」の社会的需要が高まっている．イノベーションには好奇心や心理的安全性が求められるが，学校では「わからない」が悪いこととされ，これは異分野融合型人材の輩出の妨げになると考えられる．そこで，大学を異分野融合を加速させる環境とする異分野融合型授業の設計の枠組みと，小・中学校で生じる「わからない」を小⇔中⇔大で共有するシステムを構築する．
