Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，研究室に所属する直前から所属後の約2年間で大学生の持つイメージがいかに変容するかを質的縦断的に解析する．具体的には，理系研究室に所属する学生を対象に半構造化インタビューを行い，(1)研究とは何かという学生自身の考え，(2)研究室という社会における他者からの影響の２点に焦点化する．これにより研究が何であるかを実体験する中で，研究者として求められる資質や能力を認識しながらいかに自身の将来と結びつけていくか，また研究者としての適性を見極めようとする際，研究室の指導教員や他の学生らがどのような影響を及ぼすかが明らかになると考える．
