Outline of Research at the Start

電極に液体金属を用いることで，蒸着装置やスパッタ装置などを使用せずに，短時間で作製できるシリコン太陽電池教材の開発をしている。本研究の目的は，この太陽電池教材を教室で行う授業で使用し，その教育効果を検証することである。具体的には，教材の開発と教育プログラムの構築を行い，舞鶴工業高等専門学校の授業に導入して評価する。本研究で得られる成果は，大学・高専などの半導体教育を行う教育機関を中心に広く利用されるものと考えられる。
